Visitors!

My mom, dad, and Troy came to visit this weekend! It was so nice to see them. If they wouldn't have came, we wouldn't have seen each other until Thanksgiving, which would have been a few months since the last time we were home, so it was so nice of them to drive all this way to see Derek and I. Sadly, there wasn't much to do, but we went to some stores, went Goodwill Hunting, and ate a lot! All of which was really fun! We also got up really early this morning and went to breakfast. (My mom had some difficulties with the time change, LOL) Oh well, getting up early allowed some more time to spend with my mom and dad (Once they realized the mistake, Troy went back to bed!) I also made them get custard, which they enjoyed!

Then today after they left, Derek and I took Teddy on a walk in the park and I attempted to play piano again. (It's been about a year since I've played, I'm almost back to Happy Birthday!) Maria, Nancy would be so ashamed of me, she thought I had such potential!

In other news, Derek and I have become so lazy, we have trained Teddy to carry the remote control from him on one couch to me across the room on another couch! (Isn't this the type of behavior I'm supposed to discourage my patients from doing?)
